The Finn McCool Award recognizes web sites that: (1) are significantly devoted to Celtic culture; (2) maintain a truthful and positive image of the Celtic people, both present and past; (3) doesn't advocate racism, sexism, or any other form of prejudice; and (4) maintain excellence in its design, graphics, text, and presentation.
